Delete Your Account

You can delete your Free to Hang account directly in the app or by contacting support.

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Free to Hang app. Follow these steps:

  1. 1Open the Free to Hang app
  2. 2Go to your Profile tab
  3. 3Tap Settings (bottom of profile)
  4. 4Tap "Delete account"
  5. 5Confirm twice when prompted

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed immediately:

Your profile and display name
All friendships and friend requests
All plans you created or joined
All chat messages
Push notification tokens
Your account credentials

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team. We will process your request and delete all associated data.

Email support to delete account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is removed immediately upon confirmation.
